💆 Anti-wrinkle lion massage – 5 minutes a day

  • Objective : relax the corrugator muscle, smooth the area, re-educate tension

  • Duration : 5 min

  • Frequency : daily, ideally in the evening

  • Material : serum or light oil to avoid pulling the skin

🕐 TIMED STEPS

⏱️ 0:00 – 0:30 | Preparing the area

  • Warm a small amount of oil/serum between your fingers.

  • Gently place your index fingers in the center of your forehead, between your eyebrows.

  • Perform 3 slow presses while breathing deeply.
➡️ Goal : anchor, relax, signal to your nervous system that you are releasing.

⏱️ 0:30 – 2:00 | Muscle relaxation

  • Using both index fingers, make small circles between the eyebrows (slow, firm movements).
↳ 10 times in one direction, then in the other.

  • Then, with the phalanges , perform a light “reverse scraping” from the top of the nose towards the forehead (3 times).

➡️ Goal : Release tension in the corrugator and frontalis muscles.

⏱️ 2:00 – 3:30 | Deep Smoothing

  • Place your index fingers between your eyebrows, then smooth upwards , up to 3 cm above your eyebrows (5 times).

  • Then smooth towards the temples with an arcing motion, palms facing up (5 times).
➡️ Tip : Keep firm but smooth pressure, without pulling the skin.

⏱️ 3:30 – 4:30 | Stimulating pinches

  • Use your thumb and index finger to make small, dynamic pinches in the area between your eyebrows, as if you were very lightly pinching the skin to activate it.
↳ 10 to 15 light pinches, always in symmetry.
➡️ Goal : stimulate microcirculation, oxygenate the muscle, wake up the tissues.

⏱️ 4:30 – 5:00 | Calming & Grounding

  • Place your index fingers between your eyebrows again. Close your eyes.

  • Apply 3 deep pumps while breathing slowly.
➡️ Option : finish with a general smoothing from the forehead to the temples.

🎯 Results with regularity:

  • Visible reduction of frontal tensions

  • Progressive smoothing of the lion's wrinkle (if not very marked)

  • Greater awareness of involuntary expressions

  • Overall relaxing effect (linked to the trigeminal nerve)
