Terms and conditions


These general conditions of sale (hereinafter GTC) apply to any purchase of products or services made by a customer on the Glowing Skin by Sergio Castagna website, (hereinafter the Site) .

The seller of products or services can be either Glowing Skin by Sergio Castagna (hereinafter Glowing Skin) or a third party company (hereinafter the "Partner") through the Marketplace GS (hereinafter “GS Marketplace”). For the products or services presented within the framework of the GS Marketplace, the author of the offer is the Partner identified by the words “sold and sent by”. This statement appears on the product detail page, in the basket when ordering, during payment and on the invoice.

The masculine form “client” used below naturally designates both clients and clients. The specific conditions for the purchase of certain products or services are defined below. Online product and service offers are only valid as long as they are visible on the Site and within the limits of available stocks. The images appear on the Site for illustration purposes only and do not form part of the contractual conditions. The information appearing in the catalogs and the explanatory notes are given for information only and do not constitute contractual documents.

Glowing Skin declines all responsibility for any errors or omissions related to the drawings, images or diagrams, or appearing on the catalogs or notices.

Glowing Skin reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time. The version of the GTC in force at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be unilaterally modified for this order. The T&Cs are available in French.

All of the products and services offered on the Site are intended exclusively for customers who have their domicile/head office in Switzerland.

When the customer clicks on the Partner's name, the customer accesses the Partner's contact details as well as the special conditions of sale concerning his merchandise.

Some conditions may be specific to Partners and may differ from the conditions offered by Glowing Skin. Products purchased from a Marketplace Partner are neither taken back nor exchanged by Glowing Skin.

Glowing Skin and/or the Partners reserve the right to refuse orders exceeding the usual quantities for a household.


The prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Swiss francs exclusively. They are inclusive of all taxes (VAT). However, they do not include participation in processing and shipping costs, which will be invoiced separately. All orders are payable exclusively in Swiss francs. Glowing Skin and the Partners reserve the right to modify their prices at any time, but the prices invoiced to the customer for the products delivered are those in effect on the date of the order and which appear on the order confirmation.

In addition, the promotional discounts offered within the framework of commercial actions on the Site are, unless otherwise stated, cumulative with other discounts. These special promotional discounts are deducted directly from the order amount.


A promotional code is a voucher issued by Glowing Skin or a Partner that cannot be bought or sold. They are issued by Glowing Skin or a Partner as part of promotional campaigns for a limited period of validity.

A promotional code is systematically associated with a promotional period and can only be used during this defined period. Certain items may be excluded from the promotion at the discretion of Glowing Skin or the Partner. A gift card cannot be acquired using promotional vouchers. A promotional code can also depend on a minimum purchase sum.

The sum of the merchandise must, at a minimum, be equal to the amount of the promotional code. When the sum of the goods is greater, the customer may compensate the difference with one of the means of payment offered on the Site. The exchange of a promotional code for a cash payment is strictly prohibited. No request for the return of a promotional code will be granted when the goods are totally or partially returned.

The promotional code must imperatively be used before the conclusion of the order. No subsequent imputation is allowed. The promotional code cannot be transferred to third parties.

When a promotional code has been used during a purchase, Glowing Skin reserves the right to charge the customer the original price of the goods which is retained by the customer if – due to the cancellation of the order by this- last – the total order value is less than the promotional code amount.


The products and prices published in the online store constitute an offer. However, this is always subject to the resolutory condition that delivery is possible or that the price indicated (by the manufacturer, by Glowing Skin or by the Partner) is free of error.

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places his order with Glowing Skin. Receipt of the order is confirmed to the customer by an email generated automatically and sent to the address provided by the latter. The automatically generated order confirmation email does not constitute a guarantee of availability or delivery. It only indicates to the customer that Glowing Skin or the Partner has received his order and that the contract is concluded, provided that the price indicated complies with the price of the items ordered and that delivery is possible.

For orders concerning products offered by a Partner, the contract is concluded directly between the Partner and the customer at the time of the order on the Site, by telephone contact or by email. Glowing Skin only acts as an intermediary through the GS Marketplace. Glowing Skin limits its intervention in this case to the role of intermediary and service provider for the Partner, but does not itself become a contracting party to the transaction between the client and the Partner.


An order only becomes final after it has been accepted by Glowing Skin or the Partner. The sending of the order by the customer implies his acceptance of these GCS in their entirety, to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions. The conditions governing the sale in Glowing Skin stores are not applicable to orders placed on the Site. Glowing Skin and/or the Partner reserve the right to refuse a customer's order, without justification.


Regarding the products and services of Glowing Skin by Sergio Castagna, all delivery and collection options mentioned on the Site under "Delivery" are available to the customer.

Regarding products purchased by the customer from a Partner, no in-store withdrawal can be made. The delivery of purchased products will be made only by post, according to the delivery methods proposed by each Partner and detailed on its Partner page.

The customer must imperatively indicate a delivery address in Switzerland.

If the customer does not receive the goods ordered on the agreed or indicated delivery date, Glowing Skin or the Partner may terminate the contract (cancellation) and reserves the right to invoice the customer for the delivery costs incurred and/or the possible losses of value.


Removal of Click & Collect and Click & Collect Express orders

The delivery of bags (paper and plastic) will be chargeable, including when collecting Click & Collect orders. This decision is mainly motivated by reasons related to sustainability, but also by new legislation prohibiting the free distribution of plastic bags in the Non Food sector. If you do not wish to take your order in its packaging, we invite you to bring an alternative transport solution with you.

When a customer does not collect the ordered products (collection from a store) within 14 working days of the agreed date, Glowing Skin reserves the right to terminate the contract (cancellation).

Only products offered by Glowing Skin are eligible for withdrawal from Click & Collect orders.

Glowing Skin gift card

The Glowing Skin gift card is valid in all major Glowing Skin stores as well as on the Site. Each department store checkout is authorized to communicate the balance on request and can reload the card, if desired. The remaining amount is carried over, it cannot be converted into cash, exchanged for a voucher, or credited to a credit card. The card is not replaced if lost or stolen. Glowing Skin Gift Cards are for personal use only. It is strictly forbidden to sell them or use them in any other way for profit.

No points are credited when purchasing gift cards. Points are credited when using a Glowing Skin gift card and upon presentation of the Glowing Skin customer card.

When ordering online on the Site, this gift card is exclusively reserved for Glowing Skin products. No purchase for any Partner offer on the GS Marketplace may be made using the Glowing Skin Gift Card.

Glowing Skin Digital Gift Card

The Glowing Skin digital gift card is valid in all stores as well as on the Site up to the amount available on the card at the time of purchase. The card balance can be consulted and recharged at all cash desks. The remaining balance can be used later and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or credit card. Glowing Skin declines all responsibility and does not replace the card in the event of loss, theft, illegal copying or use by an unauthorized person. Glowing Skin also reserves the right, in the event of suspicion of fraud or falsification, to refuse the card as a means of payment and to take legal action. Glowing Skin gift cards are for personal use only and the sale or other gainful use of these cards is strictly prohibited.

When ordering online on the Site, this gift card is exclusively reserved for Glowing Skin products. No purchase for any Partner offer on the GS Marketplace may be made using the Glowing Skin Gift Card.


The price invoiced is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent to the customer. With the exception of Partner offers on the GS Marketplace and unless otherwise stipulated, all products and services* are payable by means of the following credit cards: EuroCard/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners.

Regarding Marketplace GS offers, the method of payment is restricted to payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard).

All payment transactions are made in a secure area, in application of the highest security standard (https://). The data recorded by Glowing Skin constitutes proof of all transactions between Glowing Skin and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. The credit card used for payment is debited only when the order is placed.


When products or services are ordered, they remain the property of Glowing Skin or the Partner until full payment. Glowing Skin or the Partner reserves the right to make a corresponding entry in the register of retention of title. Before the transfer of ownership is made, no pledge, assignment as security, transformation or modification is permitted without the express consent of Glowing Skin or the Partner.


Customer will send claims for defective goods and/or services and returns directly to Glowing Skin or Partner, depending on the terms of each. The client will settle with Glowing Skin or the Partner the details of the procedure. The existence of any disputes does not release the customer from his obligation to pay the entire invoice or the total value of the dispute.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods immediately upon delivery and to make any reservations and complaints regarding any defects or non-conformities. In general, Glowing Skin takes back products provided that they are unused, clean and undamaged, or in their original packaging (undamaged). In the case of a return of goods, the shipping costs are borne by Glowing Skin.

Return conditions

Products purchased from Glowing Skin may be returned to any Glowing Skin store upon presentation of proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, clean and undamaged, or in their original packaging. 'origin. Items damaged or soiled by the customer are in principle not taken back.

The return of products purchased on the Site and offered for sale by a Partner, within the framework of the GS Marketplace, must be made according to the conditions established by the Partner. Glowing Skin will refuse any return of these products, if they were to be deposited with its department stores or returned to its Customer Service.

It is up to the customer to check the goods upon receipt and to communicate any defects or differences with respect to his order. The legal provisions governing complaints (art. 201 CO) apply.

Return conditions for Glowing Skin products

Returns are possible within 30 calendar days of receipt or collection from a department store. If the customer is unable to present a confirmation of receipt, the 30-day period is counted from the date of dispatch of the order.

In all cases, only items are taken back in their original packaging, unused, clean, complete and undamaged, accompanied by the label or proof of purchase.

In the case of a return of the goods, the shipping costs are borne by the customer, who also bears the risk of sending. Merchandise can be returned by post or returned free of charge to a department store.

For a return of a product by post, you will find a return slip in the package. The goods must be returned to the following address:

Partner Products from the Marketplace must not be returned to the above address but directly to the partner whose address is stipulated on the delivery note received.

When returning goods free of charge to a department store, the goods must be brought to Customer Service, accompanied by the delivery note or order confirmation. The refund can only be made by the same means of payment as the original payment. As a result, no cash refunds take place on site. If the payment method selected when placing an order is no longer available (whether Twint, credit card or other), the customer will receive the return amount in the form of a gift card.

After receiving the goods, Glowing Skin checks that they are in good condition and, if necessary, decides on a refund. As soon as the distribution center has received and checked your return, the refund will be credited by the same means of payment as the one used to pay for your order.

I paid with a gift card and with my credit card. How am I reimbursed? In case of mixed payment with a gift card, the part paid by the gift card will be refunded on the gift card in case of return. The remaining amount will be credited accordingly to your credit card.


Any total or partial non-performance by the customer of one of his obligations, as well as non-compliance with any payment deadline may result, at the option of Glowing Skin or the Partner, either in the immediate payment of the sums still due. in any capacity whatsoever, and the suspension of any delivery is the resolution of current contracts.


These T&Cs are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute in connection with these T&Cs falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

These Terms of Service govern the conduct of the customer in connection with the Customer Reviews Service.

By sending your evaluations or any other message on the Site, you guarantee:

  • that you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights in the content;
  • that you have voluntarily waived any "moral rights" you may have in such content;
  • that all content you post is accurate;
  • that use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use or harm any person or entity.
  • that you assume full responsibility for the content of your contribution, to the full discharge of Glowing Skin and/or the Partners
  • Additionally, you agree not to send any content:
    - that you know to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
    - that infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy of any third party;
    - that violates any law or ordinance, or any decree or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing consumer protection, unfair competition, discrimination or false advertising);
    - that is or can reasonably be considered to be defamatory, incite hatred or racially or religiously offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing any person or company;
    - for which you have been paid or received compensation from any unapproved third party;
    - which includes information referring to other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact details or telephone numbers;
    - that contains viruses or other potentially harmful computer programs or files.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glowing Skin and the Partners (and their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third party service providers) from any and all claims, demands and damages (direct and consequential) of any kind and nature, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that Glowing Skin and/or the Partners may incur as a result of a violation of your commitments and guarantees above, or the violation by you of any law or the rights of a third party.

All content you submit may be used at Glowing Skin's sole discretion. Glowing Skin reserves the right to edit, condense, refuse to post, remove or delete any content on the Glowing Skin website that Glowing Skin deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the Content Guidelines or any other terms of the these Terms of Use. Glowing Skin does not guarantee the right to modify or delete any content you have sent. Ratings and written comments are typically posted within two to four business days subject to the above. None of the content you send will be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on the part of Glowing Skin or the Partners.
