If you wish to cancel your order, we kindly ask you to contact us in order to establish the best solution according to the status of the order. If the order has not been executed, we will cancel it and proceed with the refund if your card has been debited.

Unfortunately, to ensure process security, we cannot change the delivery address and billing address.

We send all our parcels in Post Pack Economy mode. The delays of La Poste are 2 days from Monday to Friday.

If you are not there during the delivery, there are several solutions. First of all, the size of our packages has been chosen to be adapted to the standard size of milk boxes that we have in Switzerland.
