Book your treatment

To make an appointment, you have two options: you can either book online or call the store. We recommend that you book in advance in order to choose the time that suits you best and the beautician you prefer. We look forward to welcoming you!

From Monday to Friday, we open from 9:00 a.m. and close at 7:00 p.m. On Saturday, our hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

You can modify or cancel it online using the link in your confirmation email or by calling the store.

We know that life can be complicated, you can cancel or postpone your treatment up to one hour before the appointment time.

Currently we do not charge cancellation fees such as cancellations within 24 hours.

We are not a traditional SPA, nor a beauty institute. Here, you won't get panpipes, but rather Bossanova Pop Lounge music. You do not need to change, but we invite you to make yourself comfortable and remove your shoes if you wish. Our spaces are open plan for a feeling of relaxation.

We are the only place in Geneva to offer you such a wide range of professional products.

Do not hesitate to discuss with your skin therapist to learn how to take better care of your skin, but you can also be quiet, meditate or rest.

Before your treatment

Before your facial, avoid intense exfoliations, peels, waxing, or any other similar procedure for a few days. Keep in mind that false eyelashes or eyebrows plucked with a microblade can be affected by facial treatment. If you have a beard or facial hair, try not to shave the days before your appointment. It's also important to be open and honest with your therapist about the treatments you've had, your goals, and the products you're using at home. There is no shame in responding and your candor will help us develop the best treatment plan for you.

There is no time limit to book a facial, you can do it as far in advance as you want depending on your availability.

However, if you would like an evening or weekend appointment, or prefer to be picked up by a particular Skin Therapist, we recommend that you book in advance.

We also accept walk-in appointments, but this will depend on our availability at that time.

Getting a facial can yield satisfying results, but the most significant skin benefits are seen and felt mostly with regular treatments. We therefore recommend planning one facial treatment per month, since skin cells have a lifespan of about 28 days on average.

Each treatment consists of several steps, what we call the treatment protocol. These steps are generally structured as follows for a 60-minute treatment:

  1. Make-up removal and skin cleansing
  2. The scrub
  3. Extraction of comedones
  4. Applying a serum
  5. Facial modeling
  6. The mask
  7. The care cream
  8. Sun cream

The 30-minute treatment is a radiance boost. The extraction of comedones is not possible in this treatment.

During the treatment

At the start of your treatment, we ask you to complete a health questionnaire to help us understand your general health. It's crucial to let us know about your allergies, medications (oral and topical), and health conditions, even if they don't seem to be directly related to your skin. We also ask that you let us know if you have recently had a procedure (for example, filler injections or botox), surgery, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. We take this information very seriously in order to personalize your treatment according to your needs and to guarantee your safety.

After the treatment

After a facial, it is important not to do certain activities that may worsen side effects or treatment results. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to the sun, the use of exfoliating or peeling products, waxing or hair removal treatments, as well as intense sports activities. It is also advisable to avoid touching or rubbing your face, or wearing sunglasses or motorcycle helmets that may rub against your skin. If you have any specific questions or concerns, feel free to discuss them with your Skin Therapist.

If your treatment contains acids (mentioned in our document that you receive after the treatment) it is not recommended to go to the sauna or the hammam immediately after your facial treatment. The heat and humidity of these environments can irritate your skin and cause increased sensitivity. It is recommended that you wait at least 7 days after your facial treatment before exposing yourself to the heat and humidity of the sauna or hammam. It's also important to follow your Skin Therapist's advice about using acid-based products and caring for your skin after your facial.

Other important information

We do not perform facials on children 14 years of age or younger to protect their delicate skin which is constantly growing and changing. We recommend consulting a dermatologist for any serious skin concerns. Young people between the ages of 15 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to complete and sign a parental authorization. The parent or guardian does not need to stay for the duration of the treatment.

For the baby's safety, we do not perform facials on pregnant women.

Yes, we are delighted to welcome you for a treatment during this period of your life.

We recommend that our clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their appointment time to allow plenty of time to relax and complete our health form. If you expect to be late, please call us ahead of time to let us know. If we do not have an appointment booked immediately after yours, we will be happy to offer you the complete treatment at the modified arrival time. However, if we have another appointment scheduled after yours, we will unfortunately have to shorten the duration of your treatment to respect the schedule.

If you have had Botox injections, fillers, chemical peels or any other skin treatment such as microneedling, microblading, dermaplaning, laser resurfacing or laser hair removal within the past two weeks, we recommend that you postpone your facial treatment. Also avoid any intense exfoliation, peels, waxing or any other similar treatment a few days before your appointment. Please note that false eyelashes or microbladed eyebrows may be affected by facial treatment.

It's best to wait until your cold sore scab has fallen off and the skin behind it has completely healed before coming in for a facial. The movements of the facial massage can aggravate the lesion or even spread it to the eye area, which can be dangerous. To avoid any risk, our aesthetic therapists follow these specific guidelines. If you currently have a cold sore, we recommend that you continue your home care routine and increase your hydration until your skin is ready for your next treatment.
