Contraindications
To be confirmed before making the appointment:
Roaccutane treatment within the last 6 months.
Use of laser, pulsed light, microdermabrasion or chemical peeling in the last 2 weeks.
Botox injections or other similar treatments within the last 7 days.
Waxing or blackhead extraction within the last 72 hours.
Use of retinol or AHA and BHA exfoliating agents in the past 48 hours.
Presence of a skin infection, herpes or contagious disease.
Be pregnant or breastfeeding.
We advise you not to plan any events on the day.
The treatment
The area of
treatment includes the décolleté, neck and face. We can
also specifically treat the eye area.
Immediately after the peel, a soothing, rehydrating and restorative treatment is applied.
Post-care instructions
Apply sun protection of at least SPF 30 every day.
Follow the post-care routine prescribed by your therapist.
Hydrate your skin and drink more water.
Avoid direct exposure to the sun for the entire duration of treatment and for 3 weeks following treatment.
Wait at least 2 weeks before exfoliating your skin again.
Avoid sources of excessive heat for 7 days following the peel (sun, sauna, hammam).
Not
wax the face or use gentle exfoliating products, retinol or
practice blackhead extraction for 72 hours.
The skin may flake during the first 3 days, be careful not to touch it.
Avoid physical activities that increase blood circulation for 24 hours (this may cause redness).
Do not apply makeup for at least 24 hours.
Post-peeling effects
Each
skin is unique, it is entirely possible that you do not have any of the
effects of this list. This has no impact on the results of the
peeling.
Immediately : the skin may be red, swollen, tender and tight.
1st day
: you may feel sensations of dryness,
itching, irritation, redness, tightness, and
beginning of flaking (often at the temples and around the mouth).
Day 2 and 3 : Skin may peel in different areas of the face and appear darker.
Day 4 : the skin stabilizes.
